Day 1-2. Xudum River

Arrive at Maun Airport in Botswana and fly by shared charter to Kanana Camp in the Okavango Delta. Enjoy 2 nights on a full-board basis. Flying out of Maun Airport, you’ll notice the landscape change dramatically beneath you. Lazy winding rivers and shimmering floodplains appear, flanked by palm trees and studded with islands – the Okavango Delta. This is classic Botswana – elephants, hippos, big cats, giraffes and buffalos – and your destination is Kanana Camp set in the beautiful private concession. The annual floods transform parts of this concession into a true water paradise, offering guests the best of both worlds. Due to the camp's location, guests can experience magnificent game sightings during drives as well as the unique experience of exploring the delta’s beautiful waterways by boat or mokoro. When out on game drives, our window-seat guarantee ensures no more than four guests per vehicle and individual use of a camera mount. Accommodation| Kanana camp Meals| breakfast, lunch & dinner

Day 3-4. Okavango Delta

Fly by shared charter to Shinde Camp in the heart of the northern Okavango Delta. Enjoy 2 nights on a full-board basis. Shinde's unique main area is built in a “treehouse-style” and comprises lounges, dining areas (indoor and outdoor) and a fire deck. All have beautiful views over a permanent lagoon and are shaded by ebony and mangosteen trees. The tents and main area provide a luxury experience with a touch of historical charm. Courtesy of its location, Shinde offer both water and land activities year-round. Motorboats or mokoros provide a chance to experience the incredible bird, plant and reptile species found in the aquatic habitat of the Okavango Delta. Game drives are conducted by a personal guide in comfortable, specially designed game drive vehicles. For the more adventurous, guided walks are also available, while fishing enthusiasts will enjoy fishing for a variety of species, such as tilapia and tigerfish. Game drives have no more than 4 guests per vehicle. Accommodation| shinde camp Meals| breakfast, lunch & dinner
