Day 1. Transfer to Musanze

Your adventure begins with a warm welcome in Kigali. After pick-up, you'll enjoy a scenic drive north to Musanze, nestled at the foothills of the Virunga Mountains. Upon arrival, you'll check in at your lodge and freshen up. In the afternoon, you will visit the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund Campus for an insightful experience into gorilla conservation and the legacy of Dian Fossey. Your overnight stay will be in Musanze. Day 2. Transfer to Bwindi

After an early breakfast, you will head into the forest for an exciting golden monkey trek in Volcanoes National Park. These rare and playful primates are unique to the Virunga region and are a delight to watch. After the trek, you'll check out and enjoy a scenic cross-border drive into Uganda. Day 3. Transfer to Bunyonyi

Today is the highlight of your journey—gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. After an early breakfast, you'll head to the park headquarters for a briefing. Then, you'll venture into the forest for a once-in-a-lifetime encounter with a mountain gorilla family. After the trek, you will enjoy lunch and begin your transfer to the serene Lake Bunyonyi. Day 4. Transfer to Queen

After a relaxed breakfast by the lakeside, you will depart Lake Bunyonyi and begin your scenic journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Day 5. full day Queen

You'll start your day with an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, exploring the Kasenyi plains in search of elephants, lions, buffalo, antelopes, and more. After lunch, you will head out for a relaxing boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, a haven for hippos, crocodiles, and diverse birdlife. This waterway offers one of the best wildlife viewing experiences in Uganda. You'll return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Day 6. Transfer to Kigali

You'll begin the day with an early breakfast before heading to Kalinzu Forest Reserve for an exciting chimpanzee trekking experience. You'll hike through the lush forest in search of these lively primates and enjoy sightings of other wildlife and birds along the way. After the trek, you'll begin your journey back to Kigali, Rwanda, arriving in the evening. This marks the end of your unforgettable East African adventure.
