Why protect your Tour Sokoni journey?

From unexpected flight issues to covered trip cancellation, travel emergencies, and more, our Guest Protection Program can help you manage unforeseen events that may impact your journey – giving you peace of mind from the moment you book through your return home. The following examples may qualify for benefits:

1. Cancelling your journey after unexpectedly becoming too sick to travel

2. Taking care of a sick or injured travelling companion

3. Having to end your journey early due to a family emergency

4. Dealing with a flight delay or cancellation

5. Needing to buy personal items if your luggage is lost or stolen

Travel at ease with these plan benefits and services:

✓ Trip cancellation reimbursement
Reimburses your prepaid, non-refundable travel expenses if you need to cancel your trip due to a covered reason, such as you, a family member, or travelling companion experiencing a covered illness or injury. Can reimburse up to 100% of your non-refundable expenses up to the amount of your plan limits.

✓ Trip interruption reimbursement
Reimburses the unused, non-refundable travel expenses and increased transportation costs during your journey if you have to return home early due to a covered reason, for instance when a family member is hospitalized and needs your care.

✓ Travel delay
Reimburses for eligible meals and accommodations when your journey is delayed for a minimum number of consecutive hours for a covered reason.

✓ Emergency medical and dental care
Reimburses your expenses related to covered medical or dental emergencies that might occur during your journey. This benefit can be especially useful if you have a covered emergency outside the United States, as most health insurance policies won’t cover you outside the country.

✓ Emergency medical transportation
Arranges for and pays for medically necessary transportation following a covered injury or illness to an appropriate medical facility to receive care and get you home after treatment.

✓ Baggage delay
Reimburses essential items purchased during your journey if your baggage is delayed for the minimum number of hours indicated in your plan documents.

✓ Baggage loss, damage, or theft
Reimburses the replacement of your lost, damaged, or stolen luggage and personal items while travelling.

✓ 24-hour assistance by phone
Provide around-the-clock support during your journey. Allianz Global Assistance’s staff of multilingual problem-solvers can help you with medical, legal and travel-related emergencies whenever they happen.

The Guest Protection Program premium will be reflected on the invoice for your Tour Sokoni journey. To enroll in the program, simply pay the amount indicated along with your trip deposit, or at any time up to final trip payment.

Get even more flexibility with Cancel Anytime

With the Cancel Anytime upgrade, you can get reimbursed up to 75% of your investments for virtually any reason not listed in your standard Guest Protection Program documents provided you notify Tour Sokoni of the cancellation prior to your departure.

The Guest Protection Program with Cancel Anytime must be paid for within 14 days of the initial trip deposit. Some exceptions apply. Refer to the General Exclusions in the plan documents.

 

Guest protection for Private Jet Journeys

Custom-designed protection plans with higher maximum benefits are available to suit the needs of our Private Jet Journeys and Inspiring guests. Protections include trip cancellation, changes, or interruption; emergency medical, dental, and transportation; travel delay; and baggage loss, damage, or delay benefits.
